Technical overview

The image below represents the SoftExpert Suite data flow scheme. This diagram indicates possible forms of integration with the system, and the flow of the data once the latter is in the system's interface (Middleware).

SoftExpert Suite provides two operations in this architecture:

  • 1 – Interface data import,
  • 2 – Output of data originating from the operations executed in data import.

Both fetch/provide data in the interface table.

To ensure data integrity and prevent conflicts or inconsistencies, it is essential that third-party information systems have access to this interface only. This way, we block any interference from these systems in the rest of the SoftExpert Suite environment.

Furthermore, it is important to highlight that running commands directly in the SoftExpert Suite business tables is not allowed. To enter data, one must use the import templates available in each system component and documented in the Reference section.

This interface supports the import templates, ensuring data integrity and preventing possible conflict or inconsistency issues. For this reason, it is highly recommended that users resort to this interface when they need to import data into SoftExpert Suite.

With this approach, we guarantee that SoftExpert Suite will work more efficiently and securely, preserving data integrity and preventing any type of external interference.
