This import template allows inserting/editing:
- Indicator target and measurement values.
To insert each of these items, the standard documented below must be followed:

Note:
- X¹ - Field required if the indicator entered has "Daily", "Weekly", "Biweekly" or "Based on event" frequency.
- X² - Field required if the indicator entered has any frequency other than "Yearly".
- ³ - The value must be entered without measurement unit, and with decimal separator only. E.g.: 999999.12345678
