Configuration for remote access

If the system is accessed through a remote access environment (Citrix, Terminal Services, etc.), the following configuration must be set on the Citrix or Terminal Services servers:

1. In the Windows registry (regedit.exe), access:

HKEY\_USERS\\S-1-5-18\\Software\\Microsoft\\Windows\\CurrentVersion\\WinTrust\\Trust Providers\\Software Publishing

2. In the "State" item, change the value 23c00 to 23e00; this will disable CRL checking for the System user account.
