Error detection and correction during the import process

During the import process of the data contained in the interface table, there may be errors that usually occur due to the existence of records with the same data in the database, or due to the absence of some data required for that type of record.

If any error of this type occurs, it can be verified through the Import tracking screen, located in the Configuration component (Configuration -> Tool -> Import -> Tracking (CM015)). On this screen, it is possible to view the records that were or were not executed successfully. It is possible to use the "Filter by status" feature to filter the records and display only the ones with errors. The reason for the error is displayed in the "Error description" column, making it possible to diagnose the problem and then fix it.

Data correction and reimport

After verifying the description of the error and filtering the desired records, it is then possible to use the "Export spreadsheet" button, located on the toolbar, to export the dataset again and fix it.

info

Note: All records listed in the grid will be exported. To export only records with errors, filter the data for only such records to be displayed in the grid.

To fix them, open the generated XLSX and correct the data in accordance with the description of the error (e.g.: if the error indicates that the record already exists, change the column that has the duplicate value).

Once the corrections have been made to the XLSX file, just use the “Import spreadsheet” button to replace the data in the DIINTERFACE table. Note that, after the file is sent to the server, the records that were changed will be marked for import again and will be re-imported, following the import scheduling set on the server.
