Exporting REST data sources

To export specific REST data sources in SoftExpert Suite, you must select them from the list of records available on the main screen. After selecting the desired sources, you can export them by clicking on the button, located on the toolbar.

If you want to export all REST data sources presented on the list of records, just click on the button without selecting any record in advance. This way, all data sources will be exported at once.

The screen that will open will be divided into two sections:

1. Export selected

   • Displays the data sources selected from the list of records on the main screen.

2. Export all

   • Click on this option to export all data sources presented on the list of records on the main screen.

If there is any restriction on the export of a data source – for example, the logged-in user does not have permission to edit the selected source –, the system will display the number of data sources that can be successfully exported.

This way, the user will be informed about how many data sources are available to be exported, which thus prevents possible errors or export problems.

To perform the export, click on the Export button at the bottom of the screen. At this point, the file will be downloaded with .se extension.
