This method allows adding new departments to a team. To add new departments to the team, it is necessary to follow the standard documented below.

ID #	Required	Description
IDTEAM	X	Team ID #
AREAS	X	ID #s of the departments that will be associated with the team. Example: (“Department1,Department2,Department3”)
