DCDOCELEC - Import of electronic files belonging to documents

This import template allows inserting:

• Data of an electronic file belonging to a document.

For the insertion of each one of these items, the standard documented below must be followed.

FGIMPORT	X	NUMERIC	2	Import status: 1 - New; 2 - In progress; 3 - Finished; 4 - Error.
CDISOSYSTEM	X	NUMERIC	10	Code of the system for which the integration will be performed: 73 - Code of the SoftExpert Document component.
FGOPTION	X	NUMERIC	2	Code of the operation to be performed: 97 - Insert new electronic file.
NMFIELD01	X	TEXT	255	Document ID #.
NMFIELD02	X	TEXT	255	Revision ID #.
NMFIELD03	X	TEXT	255	File name. Add extension. E.g.: Document.doc
NMFIELD04		TEXT	255	User ID.
NMFIELD05	X¹	TEXT	255	Full path of the file to be imported2, considering its location in relation to the server. E.g.: C:\Directory\Document.doc
NMFIELD06		TEXT	255	Compression type of the original electronic file 0 - Uncompressed file. 1 - GZ compression. 2 - ZIP compression.
NMFIELD07	X	TEXT	255	Category ID #.
NMFIELD08		TEXT	255	Container structure item ID #. Required when the document category is configured as complex file.
NMFIELD75		TEXT	255	Upper level interface code. If the upper level interface is not imported successfully, the current interface will not be executed.
FLFIELD01	X¹	FILE		Content (blob) of the electronic file to be imported.

X¹ - One of these fields must necessarily be completed.

When the file storage for integration in Amazon S3 is enabled, all import related to DIINTERFACE will use this feature. Thus, for customers that use SoftExpert Hosting and wish to use this feature, we suggest contacting SoftExpert's Sales team to request details on our SFTP service.
