SPCSAMPATT - Attribute characteristic sample import
This import template allows inserting/editing:
- Sample data of attribute characteristics.
- Sample defect data of attribute characteristics.
- Sample defect cause data of attribute characteristics.
For the insertion of each one of these items, the standard documented below must be followed.
Insert/edit/delete attribute-characteristic sample​
