Alert messages shown in SoftExpert Suite about SoftExpert Identity

When user synchronization is started from the SoftExpert Identity application, SoftExpert Suite monitors the synchronization processes to identify any interruptions or failures. In case of problems, alerts will be displayed to users after they log in to SoftExpert Suite, providing guidance on how to proceed.

The following table presents the possible alerts displayed by SoftExpert Suite and their solutions:

No user synchronization records were found through SoftExpert Identity. Please contact your system administrator.Indicates that there is a domain registered via SoftExpert Identity in SoftExpert Suite, but no synchronization records started by the application were found. Check that the SoftExpert Identity settings are correct and, if the application runs via operating system scheduling, try manually performing the connection test within the application to identify connection errors.
The last user synchronization carried out by SoftExpert Identity ended with errors. Please contact your administrator to check your sync history.Error details can be checked by accessing the synchronization history in Configuration > Authentication (CM008) > SoftExpert Identity history. You can also obtain information about the application's location (path and computer name) and the application's logs.
The last user synchronization by SoftExpert Identity was performed more than 7 days ago. Please contact your system administrator for resolution.We recommend executing the synchronization process at least once a week. Otherwise, the system will assume that something is preventing the synchronization, especially when the process is scheduled in the operating system.
The SoftExpert Identity version (X) does not match the version available in SoftExpert Suite (Y). Please contact your administrator to update the SoftExpert Identity application.This alert indicates that the SoftExpert Identity application is out of date. To resolve this, simply download the latest version directly from SoftExpert Suite by accessing the Configuration > Authentication (CM008) menu and clicking on the "Download SoftExpert Identity" button.
