PDF conversion (HTTP)

This topic will show how to configure the SoftExpert Capture service with HTTP protocol on port 8585.

To do that, take the following steps:

To execute the following procedure, you will need to:

• Run the following commands with superuser (root) privileges.
• Update the docker-compose file to the latest version available.

1. Download docker-compose-pdf:

sudo curl -L https://developer.softexpert.com/devops/download/2-2-3/linux/docker-compose-pdf.yml -o /sesuite/docker-compose-pdf.yml

2. Run the script below and select these options: 3, 1 and 4:

bash /sesuite/sesuite.sh

3. Once this is done, access the SoftExpert Document component > Configuration > General parameters (DC035) and point the service in the application by entering http://sepdfconverter in the *Enable PDF conversion service > Server field.
