Configuration for remote access

If the system is accessed through a remote access environment (Citrix, Terminal Services, etc.), the following configuration must be set on the Citrix or Terminal Services servers:

1. In the Windows registry (regedit.exe), go to:

HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-18\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\WinTrust\Trust Providers\Software Publishing

2. In the "State" item, change the value 23c00 to 23e00; this will disable CRL verification for the System user account.
